This Privacy Policy describes how Dustin Spyra (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the OMAD AI mobile application (“OMAD AI”, “the App”).

## 1. Overview

OMAD AI helps you track fasting, meals, macros, weight, and related habits. We aim to collect only what is needed to operate the App.

## 2. Information We Collect

### Information you provide

- Onboarding and personalization answers (for example: goals, sex, age, height, weight, activity, diet preferences, fasting window)
- Meal logs, including optional photos and text descriptions you submit for AI analysis
- Weight entries and habit preferences
- Support emails you send us

### Information collected automatically

- Anonymous user identifier (Firebase Authentication)
- Subscription status (via RevenueCat and Apple/Google)
- Push notification token (if you enable trial reminders)
- Basic technical and diagnostic data through our service providers (for example Firebase) to operate and secure the App

### Information we do not require

- We do not require a traditional account with email and password to use the App.

## 3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Provide fasting, nutrition, weight, and habit features
- Generate personalized targets and AI meal nutrition estimates
- Process subscriptions and restore purchases
- Send optional trial-related push reminders (if enabled)
- Prevent abuse, secure the service, and improve reliability

## 4. AI and Cloud Processing

When you scan or describe a meal, your image and/or text may be sent to our backend and processed by third-party AI services to generate nutrition estimates. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed for this purpose.

AI outputs are estimates only and may be inaccurate.

## 5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted service providers, which may include:

- **Firebase** (Google) — authentication, cloud functions, messaging, and infrastructure
- **RevenueCat** — subscription management
- **Apple App Store / Google Play** — payments and subscription billing
- **OpenAI** (or similar) — meal analysis via our backend

These providers process data according to their own policies and our instructions as needed to run the App.

## 6. Push Notifications

If you allow notifications on the trial reminder screen, we store your push token to send reminders about your free trial ending. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

## 7. Data Storage and Retention

- Much of your app data (meals, settings, logs) is stored locally on your device.
- Some data (for example push tokens and service-related identifiers) may be stored on our servers.
- We retain information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it where reasonable.

## 8. Your Choices

- You can adjust macro, weight, and habit settings in the App.
- You can restart personalization from Settings to reset onboarding answers stored on your device.
- You can disable push notifications in iOS/Android settings.
- You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- You can contact us to request access or deletion of server-stored data associated with your use of the App, subject to legal and operational requirements.

## 9. Children

OMAD AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

## 10. International Users

If you use the App from outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, including the United States and the European Union.

## 11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

## 12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date when we make material changes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
